It is already the last quarter of 2025! Wish the time slows down a little.

Also can’t wait for 2029.

Received my flu and Covid shots. Looking forward to a healthy Fall and Winter season.

Started watching “Slow Horses” season 5 episode 1 and during the recap couldn’t recall all the things they were showing. So, promptly stopped that episode and started watching season 4 again. Done with 2 episodes already.

When you see this while on a bike ride, you have to stop and take a picture.

Went out to the boat launch last night to catch a glimpse of couple of comets that are in the evening sky. Didn’t see them because of clouds on the horizon but the sky was quite pretty.

The most wonderful time of the year is here!

This view is extra special when you cycle up to it.

Fantastic day in Acadia NP ended with a fantastic sunset.

Another A+ day whipped up for us by Acadia National Park. We did an e-bike ride around the carriage roads. It was so much fun!

Night sky is quite dark in Acadia NP. This Milky Way photo was taken at Eagle lake with iPhone15. Will process the images from other camera when I get home.

I hear there is a rapture happening on Tuesday. I hope all the self-professed “good people” will leave the earth and leave it for us heathens. Thanks!

First order of business while visiting the “Vacationland”

Lagoon (M8) and Trifid (M20) nebulae from Sagittarius. Finally managed to get one hour of exposure through a gap in the treeline. I really like the combination of emission (red), reflection (blue) and dark nebulosity in Trifid.

Hey Bob Iger, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Dropped off my son at JFK. He is on his way to London for a semester abroad at King’s college. He is planning to visit Scotland and many countries in EU while he is out there. What fun?!? I am jealous.

No wonder that “Adolescence” received many Emmy awards. It was a very well made show with a powerful story. I was totally impressed when I watched it.

I just watched Foundation 3x10 “The Darkness” trakt.tv/shows/fou… #trakt

The Crescent nebula (NGC6888) from Cygnus with lots of nebulosity around it.

Total exposure was 2 hours (40x3min) for this image taken with William Optics UltraCat108 attached to ASI2600MC-Duo with Optolong LeNhance dual band filter. Processed using SIRIL and Photoshop.

Why is that a question to ask? You have the money - pay the damned taxes.

Eagle nebula (M16) from last night. 1.5 hours of total exposure time. Love the pillars of creation.
